I'm Scarlett, founder of cat / cow + co. I'm a qualified Architect by trade and have been exploring my yoga offerings for over 10 years, building up to this collective of wonderful people + practitioners
I’m also the co-founder of Yoga in the Dark here in Scotland, and a body confidence advocate on a mission to keep wellness feeling fun, inspiring and playful.
